Transfer Updates and A Chat With Bergkamp
So I brought you a couple of days ago the ongoing rumblings of the Arshavin will he/won’t he saga. The more I think about it, the more I think he is just holding out for the club who is going to be paying him the big bucks and to be honest, I’m not sure I want us to be bringing in a player like that. I wouldn’t be suprised if maybe City try and hijack the bid, especially if West Ham aren’t budging on the Bellamy situation.

Arshavin Signing Close
As the transfer window rumbles on, so far we have remained fairly anonymous….however there is one name that doesn’t seem to shift and that is Andrei Arshavin.
Reports are now sugesting that we are “on the brink” of signing the popular Russian for a fee in the region of £10 -15m. In the meantime, there are also a couple of rumours circulating that Cesc Fabregas may be on his way to Barcelona, however there are no real concrete stories to support this - just pure rumour!
